Today is the official release day on home video for Star Trek (2009) in the US. While choosing Trek for my favorite film of the year was easy, more difficult is picking which Blu-ray set to get.

Best Buy, and a couple others, are offereing the Blu set with four Starfleet insignias.

Target is selling an Enterprise replica that also stores the discs in the saucers-section.

Amazon probably had the best of the bunch with a metal Enterprise produced by Quantum Mechanix Inc. (“Had” because the limited edition get sold out just before the disc release date.) The box holding the set is also very sleek and with futuristic minimalistic design.
