Gear-Rant is a descendant of leepappas.com, a personal website I started in 1996. With my extensive background in consumer electronics I wanted a sounding board for my voyage through the universe of gadgets, games and goodies. My goal is to review, comment on, and of course rant on whatever comes my way.

Currently I am working on a relaunch of Home Theater Builder with a new business model. My latest business venture, ANALOGretro, is developing mobile phone games with a highly talented team including Tom Hudson and Jon Bell. Check out our first title, Star Rangers for the iPhone.
